Easy Returns

If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. It's all part of the KAS NO QUIBBLE 365 day guarantee.

Please e-mail us stating your intent to return items quoting your order reference number to sales@kas-linens.co.uk. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

For all returns you will be required to arrange for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We recommend sending parcels back to us using your nearest post office. Please use the pre-paid Returns Label that was included with your order.

Important

If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
Only replacement Items deemed faulty by Kas Linens will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
